Credits are consumed when you execute live workflows. Each step in a workflow costs approximately $0.002 (we charge 2x our input cost to external APIs). Virtual Runs use minimal credits so you can simulate freely.
Do I pay for failed runs?
No. You only pay for successful workflow executions. If a step fails, you're not charged for it. Our Iron Layer ensures most transient failures are automatically retried at no additional cost.
Are Virtual Runs really free?
Virtual Runs cost a fraction of live runs (around $0.0001 per simulation). The cost is so minimal that we effectively round it to zero. Simulate as much as you need to perfect your workflows.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your workflows will pause automatically. You can add more credits at any time, and execution will resume. No data is lost during the pause.
Is there a free trial?
